Má 5 kg čistého bieleho mäsa takmer bez kostí, nádherne vyčistený a úplne čerstvý.
Už je naporcovaný v mrazničke, hlavu uvarenú dostane Eliška - mimochodom, sú na nej obrovské kusy výnimočne chutného mäsa... (chutnala som v uvarenom stave, samozrejme), tých 5,5 kostí ani netreba hľadať lebo odpadnú samé - a vďaka fullservisu rybára s tým nebola zababraná celá kuchyňa :-)

5 kg of pure white meat almost without any bones, nicely prepared to consume, and completely fresh. It is already portioned in the freezer. His head is cooked (boiled in water) for Eliška, btw there are fantastic, delicious and huge pieces of meat on it... (I tried, cooked, of course), and those 5,5 pieces of bones even don´t need to be searched - they fall down without any help. Thanks to the fishman´s fullservice my kitchen left clean :-)
